The Counterfeit Commander
Disguised as the Commander, Darkon infiltrates the Astro Command Samilo Research Facility.
His objective is to steal the data base of alien DNA samples that have been collected by the scientists.
After taking the data base, Darkon sees a collection of hazardous materials and a captured alien creature that get his attention.
He plans to us these items in his nefarious genetic experiments to develop barbaric creatures to aid in his quest for galactic domination.

The Counterfeit Commander is the first set designed for Darkon. The set includes a Darkon figure, counterfeit jumpsuit, black boots, face mask, laser pistol, alien DNA database, alien creature, creature cell and biohazard materials. It was released by My Vintage Toys & Trains boxed with art by Scott Morrissey.
